Open the container containing the sample diluent and fill the attached tube with the sample diluent.
Caution
Be careful not to spill the diluent as it does not stand on its own.

Insert a cotton swab for collecting the sample into the Nasal cavity (not to insert it too far ), and wipe the area around the Nasal cavity about 2.5 cm to collect the sample.
Be sure to do it yourself as it may splash.

Place a cotton swab with a wipe from the nose in a tube containing the sample diluent and rotate the swab 2-3 times in it to mix with the sample diluent.

Attach the cap to the tube containing the sample and drop approximately 3 to 4 drops of the sample into the test kit.

From 15 to 20 minutes, you will get the following 6 results.

How to read the result
- If positive
- Two lines will appear. One will appear on the C line and the other on the T line.
- If negative
- Only one appears on the C line.
- If invalid
- If the line does not appear in the vicinity of C, the test is invalid and the amount collected is insufficient or there may be some cause, so please re-inspect.

Please finish brushing your teeth 30 minutes before saliva collection, and refrain from smoking, gargling, eating and drinking after that, and start collecting saliva. By massaging both left and right submandibular glands, saliva will be more likely to come out. Saliva is collected in a saliva collection container as shown in the illustration.

Hold the dropper vertically, remove saliva from the saliva collection container, and inject 3 drops into the tube.
Caution
In reality, the tube does not stand on its own as shown in the illustration, so be careful not to spill it.

Open the sample diluent container and fill the tube with all the sample diluent.

Attach the cap to the tube and drop 2-3 drops of the sample into the test kit.

Results such as 6 can be confirmed within 15 to 20 minutes after dropping the sample.

Place the container containing the Sample Diluent (2 bottles) vertically, twist the top of the bottle, and place all 2 bottles of Sample Diluent in the provided tubes.
*Caution
Be careful not to spill the diluent as it does not stand on its own.

Insert a cotton swab for specimen collection slightly into the nasal cavity, about 2.5 cm in length, and wipe 5 circles around the nasal cavity to collect the specimen.
Use the same swab for both nostrils.

Place the cotton swab with the swab from the nose on it up and down into the tube containing the Specimen Diluent for at least 20 seconds.
After mixing the swab with the specimen diluent by placing it against the bottom of the tube and turning it 5 times, remove the swab and close the cap tightly.

Remove the main body of the test kit from the white pouch, place it on a level surface, slowly squeeze the specimen, and place 3 drops in each of the indentations marked with an S.

Within 15 to 20 minutes after the drop, the results will be as shown in step 6.
For influenza A, please check the judgment section marked with “A”, and for influenza B, please check the judgment section marked with “B”.

*Negative test results do not completely rule out coronavirus and influenza virus infection.
Precautions
- When inspecting the Nasal cavity using a swab, rub it firmly at least twice to obtain accurate test results.
- When testing the Nasal cavity using a swab, be careful not to insert it too far and damage the mucous membrane.
- For Saliva tests, brush your teeth 30 minutes before collection and avoid eating, drinking, smoking or gargling afterwards.
- Do not touch the sample dropping part and the judgment part of the cassette where the result reaction occurs.
- Use both kits within 1 hour after opening.
- Be careful not to cut your hands when opening the bag.
- The test can be carried out on children, but parents are advised to keep a close eye on them during the test and to ensure that they do not put any of the kit parts into their mouths.
Storage conditions, validity period, disposal method
- The validity period is described on the back of the test kit. It is valid for 2 years.
- If the kit is unopened, please store it at 4 to 30 degrees.
- Do not use the expired ones even if they are stored under appropriate conditions.
- If you store it in the refrigerator, return it to room temperature before using it.
- Do not freeze.
- After use, collect the used kits in the bag that contained the kits, and dispose of them as ordinary garbage according to the classification of the local government where you live.
